The five Catholic schools competing were Kavanagh College, St Kevin’s College, St Peter’s College, Verdon College and Roncalli College.

The Senior A netball team had a great start to the season, winning five from five, with wins over Kavanagh 24-11, St Kevin’s 1 30-18, St Peter’s 23-16, Verdon 25-15 and St Kevin’s 2 39-10 which gave them maximum points to take out the overall netball trophy.
The Boys Senior A basketball team played four games winning all four with 3 convincing wins over Kavanagh 86-33, St Kevin’s 64-42, Verdon 69-25 and a close fought match coming out winners over St Peter’s 54-50. They also finished on maximum points winning the basketball trophy.
1st XV rugby team had mixed results with 2 wins and 2 losses. The boys had a huge win over Verdon College winning 64-0, and a win over St Peter’s 12-0. A close fought battle against Kavanagh College, with Roncalli going down 12-8 and a loss to St Kevin's 17-0. The boys finished 2nd= alongside St Peters.
