Pre-Camp Meeting 2011

Thank you to all those parents and students who came along to the meeting last night. Please find below the gear list.

There is no cost for borrowing the gear from the school. We do ask for a $10 deposit that is refundable upon return of the gear (clean and dry). The students will need to complete a gear request form, attach the $10 to it and hand to the office. these forms are available from the office or from the link below. It is a first in first served basis so please date the form when you hand it in.

We also have a large stock of thermal tops and bottoms so parents do not need to purchase those.

Fundraising

We have started the chocolate fundraising for camp. if you would like your son/daughter to start selling some chocolate please email me at g.sutherland@roncalli.school.nz with an order and they can collect from the the office.
We have carry packs of 24 bars to be sold at $2.50 each for $1 profit per bar. All money to be handed to office and then the profit will be deducted from cost of camp. Types of chocolate: Dairy Milk, Caramello, Crunchie, and Top Deck.
