Junior End of Year Activities 2015
Students participated in a wide range of activities at the end of 2015. These ranged from claybird shooting, to cupcake decorating and christmas baking to sailing or stand up paddleboarding. (Photos above)

Students then participated in 2 dance days culminating in an interhouse dance competition. This was won by McAuley House. (Dance photos below)
2015 Junior Activities Days
As the end of the year quickly approaches so do the very successful College Activities Days that we are planning again this year.
Activities run across four days, 3-8 December. Students will be handed a selection sheet and information about each activity to make preference choices. There will be a range of activities to suit a range of budgets.
Parental consent on the selection sheet is required for this process. Students have been asked to select their preference choices 1-3, but they may not necessarily get their first preference due to the maximum numbers that each activity can run. Students who hand in their signed selection sheets first will have a better chance of getting one of their first preferences. All forms are to be returned by Thursday 12 November. Once all selection sheets have been collated, each student will be given a letter to confirm their activities and cost. The payment for the Activities Days needs to be paid to the College Office by Friday 27 November. Payment is required before students can participate in their chosen activity.
On Thursday 3 December, students will participate in half day activities, meeting in the College Hall for Assembly before dispersing with a teacher to the various venues. Students then return to the College for lunch, then an afternoon briefing before their next activity unless they have selected a full day activity.
On Friday 4 December, students are to meet in the College Hall for Assembly before their programme for the day unless travelling and a specific time is given.
On Monday 7 December and Tuesday 8 December, students will be involved in dance activities. The two days will conclude with an Interhouse Dance Competition to be held in the Gymnasium on Tuesday 8 December at 2.00pm. Parents and caregivers are most welcome to attend.
This is a great opportunity for students to try something new and different outside their comfort zone, building new relationships with a range of different students.
